The Retirement Foundation - We Will Help You Enjoy Your Retirement

Introduction

The Retirement Foundation

As you will see later on in the website the Retirement Foundation is a unique commercial operation which provides a series of approximately 23 programmes ranging from induction, right through to retirement and redundancy.

We thereby provide cradle to grave support in the workplace for the provision of personal financial awareness. Once your organisation has agreed a programme of courses you will then be appointed a Retirement Foundation trainer who will liaise with you or whoever you appoint to ensure that the course or courses will most clearly match your original intention.

At the Retirement Foundation we are here to address whatever personal financial situations exist within your workforce eg retirement, redundancy or simply the need to improve work life balance.

Today retirement is rarely normal retirement and as such if your organisation is contemplating early retirement (redundancy) this can be a sensitive issue. You may feel absolutely comfortable that your organisation's requirements will remain confidential.

Many outside companies provide financial awareness courses in the market place at the moment, however these companies are invariably independent financial advisors and as such come from a sales perspective.

At the Retirement Foundation our approach is completely different. We are not there to promote products or services but to give the fundamentals of good financial planning.

There now follows a resume of some of the courses which we currently provide together with a spider chart listing all of our courses.

INDUCTION COURSE

The induction course is designed as the first building block towards the development of your employee's personal financial awareness culture change. The course consists of a general 90 minute module and four optional specialist 90 minute modules.

The course is designed to be used at the inception of your employee's career with your organisation. This course aims to start your employees on the right path.
